2. Eligibility

All competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over only. Employees of Win The Moment Ltd and their immediate families are excluded. We may request proof of age and residency at any time.

3. Free Entry

You may enter for free without making a purchase. Free entries have an equal chance of winning as paid entries. Free entry is available by post only:

• Post: Write your full name, address, email address, the competition title, and your answer to the skill question on a plain piece of paper. Send to: Win The Moment Ltd, Shakespeare Close, Caversham Park, Reading, Berkshire, RG4 6QE. Entries must be received before the competition closing date. Standard UK postage (first or second class) applies — special delivery does not qualify as a free entry route.

The postal free entry route has an equal chance of winning as paid entries. The system that determines prizes does not distinguish between free and paid entries.

4. Entry Pricing & Limits

The price per entry and maximum number of entries per person are displayed on each competition page. Payment is processed securely. We do not store card details on our servers.

5. Prize Details

Each competition page lists exactly what is included and what is not included. Prizes are subject to availability, validity dates and any restrictions stated. If a prize becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

All competitions are drawn using a random number generator and live streamed on our social media platforms. Results are also published on our Winners page.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the competition closing date. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If no response is received, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Unclaimed or Unavailable Prizes

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be offered to the next best entry or a new random draw conducted. If a prize becomes unavailable from the provider, an alternative of equal or greater value will be offered.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details. Marketing communications are optional – you will never be required to opt in to marketing to enter a competition.

10. Liability

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for entries to the relevant competition.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
